I’m printing blank labels?

1.Please make sure your labels are properly loaded. The printing side is facing up.

2.Ensure your labels are direct thermal labels.

3.It’s possible that the printer do not recognize the label size correctly yet.Pls calibrate the label in the printer.

How to calibrate the label when change the label size?

Turn the power on,hold the feed button, until you see the red light flashes 3 times then release the feed button. The printer will automatically eject paper, and after the paper is successfullyejected, the machine will automatically calibrate.

How to print with Google Chrome?

1. Connecting printer and computer via USB cable

2. Add “4BARCODE chrome printer” from the u disk to the Chrome extension

3. Click “4BARCODE” and click connect

4.click “setting” set the speed, density, label size

Why can not connect to the printer?

1.Make sure the printer is turned on.

2.Please make sure the usb port is correct by usb connection.
