How to adjust the height?

1. Take out the hook.

2. Pull the rope down vertically.

3. If it is less than 1KG, it cannot be blocked at different heights.

4. Pull the rope to the desired height, and if it is not stuck, do not immediately let go.

5. To the lowest speed (10mm/s is recommended), retake or pull about 1cm-3cm to block.

6. Hooks are used in the opposite way to seat belts.

7. Slowly pull the rope so that it stands up on the hook.
