From The Factory Directly To You

The Smelting Process

Smelting is the process of extracting a metal from its ore by heating it over its melting point in the presence of oxidizing chemicals. Pure metals, such as silver and gold ingots, are created via smelting.

Chain-making weaving patterns

Special machines that generate a certain sort of weaving do the “chain-stitching” procedure. Interconnecting the final portions of the chain is a golden wire that is run through a mechanical mechanism that makes beautiful patterns from its fragments. Final stages

The result is then coated in an unique gold-containing powder. The chain is put in a 900°F furnace, where the solder powder melts and solidifies each element.
