1. Why could not connect with my phone or PC? Please do not follow the steps in the user manual in the box. Please follow the steps in the manual which is downloaded from amazon product page. Only Bluetooth for Android 8 or later; iphone12 or later. PC with USB cable for Win PC 10 or later, Mac PC 11 or later with M1 or later chip are supported. Every printer was double tested with phone/PC before shipment. If you still could not connect the phone/PC, please change phone or PC to check if phone or PC cause the problem.(Tips: 1. Please connect the phone in the “Peripage” app, but not in the phone Bluetooth setting. 2. For phone, there are 2 ways to conenct, the 1st is scan QR code, the 2nd way is to scan the device and click the device.).

2. Why it could not print tattoo transfer stencil paper? The newer version V1.4.3_SD upgrade the printing quality, it does not support tattoo transfer stencil printing any more. If you still want the tattoo printing version, please get the color Blue with 203DPI model or 300DPI model from our store.

3. Why the printer do not print at the 2nd time after connecting the PC with USB for a long time? Please long press the power button to wake it up from the idle power saving mode, until it prints.

4. Why prints nothing? Only one side of the thermal paper is printable, please install the paper with the printable side facing the printer head.

5. How to pause the printing? One-click the power button.

Difference between 300 DPI and 200 DPI: 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) is clearer than 200 DPI (Dots Per Inch), especially in printing image or small text. If you want the excellent quality printing, you could buy the 300 DPI version.
